Sunday School

All parents are welcome to give their child the opportunity to participate in Sunday School. Groups/classes are set up as follows:

During the school year (Sept - June) we have 3 levels of
Sunday School which meet in the upstairs classrooms from 10:15 am - 11:15 am:

  • grades Pre K & K
  • grades 1, 2, & 3
  • grades 4 and up
Our middle school and high school students are invited to assist teachers in Sunday School classes each Sunday. We do not have Sunday school on weekends of major holidays such as Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.

Nursery
Nursery upstairs is open during worship with parental volunteers.

Summer Sunday School:  Vacation Bible School
During the summer months (June, July, August) our Sunday School is a combined group of all levels which meets downstairs in Fellowship Hall from 10:15 am to 11:00 am.  All are welcome to come for Bible story and discussion, craft, snack and game.  This year, Vacation Bible School begins on June 19. 


Confirmation Classes for Students in grades 6 and up
Confirmation Class will begin in September 2011 and end in May 2012.  Letters are being sent to youth and parents who have entered Middle School (as of Fall 2011), inviting them to participate in this year's Confirmation Class.  If you have questions about Confirmation Class, please call the church office.   

Annual Activities for Sunday School
Children's Day celebrated in late May or early June - our children plan and lead our Sunday worship service,
Christmas Pageant, and Children's & Youth Choir in December.
